Transitions GriefCare invites you to join us for an offering of remembrance and renewal. You will be guided on a path to honor your grief through our Transitions LifeCare campus. This outdoor experience will provide opportunities for reflection, creativity, and quiet contemplation. All ages are welcome.

Yes, your completion of the this form will serve as your registration. Please note the time slot you have chosen as your arrival time will inform and support the even flow of the program as well as ensure adequate parking. We will be in contact via email close to the date of the event to remind you of the time you registered to attend.
Yes, this event will be held in person on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Families with young children are encouraged to arrive between 6pm and 6:15pm; General Audience are encouraged to arrive between 6:15pm and 7:30pm.
Plan to allow about 45 minutes to one hour to complete your walk.
No, there will not be a virtual offering or recording.
No, there will not be a formal service; this program is an interactive, guided walk.

Yes, you may bring companions on your walk. Due to limited parking, we encourage carpooling when able.
No, we are not able to accommodate pets (with the exception of certified service animals). Hospice therapy dogs will be present at the event for therapeutic purposes.
Yes, there will be wheelchair ramps/zero threshold access throughout campus. We will have parking attendants directing you to accessible parking for those who would benefit.
All donations will be used to provide ongoing, quality, no-cost grief support to the community.
All buildings will be closed unless you are visiting someone in the Hospice Home.
Yes, there will be access to the restrooms in the foyer of the Sanctuary.
