Writing Workshop: A Letter to My Loved One, Part 2

The Cosmic Post is a beautiful piece of functional art located on the campus of Transitions LifeCare which provides a place for releasing messages. Participants may sign up for a 20-minute slot to use the Cosmic Post to “mail” their letter to their loved one. A Transitions GriefCare staff member will be on hand to assist.

Participants are also welcome to walk the Labyrinth* while on the Transitions LifeCare campus. Mask-wearing is required and social distancing will be observed.

*The Labyrinth is a metaphor for the journey to the center of your deepest self and back out into the world with a broadened understanding of who you are. A labyrinth has only one path; the way in is the way out. You cannot get lost even though you may feel lost.
