Anger is often perceived as a “bad” emotion to experience. This workshop provides an opportunity for participants to learn more about anger, engage in healthy ways to express and release it, and explore a new relationship with this complex emotion. Facilitators will incorporate a variety of practices in this exploration of anger including education, group discussion, guided meditation, and expressive arts.
No art experience is necessary.
