Spring Remembrance

Join us for an offering of remembrance and renewal. You will be guided through our Transitions LifeCare campus on a path to honor your grief. This outdoor experience will provide opportunities for reflection, creativity, and quiet contemplation. All ages are welcome.

Time: Drop in any time between 5:30-7:30pm. Allow approximately 45 minutes to complete your walk.
Parking: Please park in the parking lot behind the Transitions LifeCare Administrative Building.
Check-in: Meet us near the flag pole at the Veterans Garden near the front corner of the Administrative Building.
