Lights of Remembrance

Tuesday, December 6 and Thursday, December 8 from 5:30–7:30pm

Transitions GriefCare presents Lights of Remembrance, an opportunity to honor our loved ones and acknowledge our strength as a community of grievers.

We will light up our campus for a self-guided luminary walk. We invite you to select one of these dates to attend and celebrate the life of your loved one through light, imagery, and quiet reflection as you walk the illuminated pathways. There will also be an opportunity to engage in a silent activity that will become a community art project.
