Honoring Veterans at End of Life (1.0 Contact Hour)

More than 1,700 US Veterans die every day.* Many of them have never been properly recognized or thanked for their service to our country. This session will describe some of the unique challenges veterans face as they approach their end-of-life journey and the compassionate and creative ways we can honor them before they die.

Transitions LifeCare is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the North Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Non-nurses need to contact their appropriate licensing bodies and certifying associations to determine if there is reciprocity for attending approved nursing CE classes.
