Home Health, Palliative Care, and Hospice: What’s the Difference? (1.0 Contact Hour)

Death is not an event but a series of transitions in declining health. Ninety percent of us will die from a predictable chronic or terminal illness extending over months or years. It’s important to know the variety of services available to best navigate these transitions including palliative care, home health, and hospice. This session explains these different services and which service is most appropriate at each stage of decline.
