Sharing a meal can be an intimate opportunity to pause, connect, and tend to ourselves and our loved ones. For many grievers, mealtime can be a source of anxiety and dread. Attend one or both dates where we will talk about what is hard about eating and cooking when grieving, share tips and recipes with fellow grievers, and share a meal in community with others. Bring a dish to share!
