Caring for Children at End of Life (CNE)

To effectively care for pediatric patients and families, it is essential that a care team has an understanding of what to expect in the care of the child, as well as what additional resources may be needed. We will review the multifactorial needs of children and their families at end of life using an interdisciplinary approach to care.

Transitions LifeCare is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the North Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Non-nurses need to contact their appropriate licensing bodies and certifying associations to determine if there is reciprocity for attending approved nursing CE classes.
