Why are you here?

You want to feel different. You want your life to feel different.
You want it to feel easier, smoother and steadier.
You don’t know how to get there.

You’re working with a therapist on your emotions and mental health, a PT or a chiropractor on your pain, a doctor on your thyroid, a nutritionist on your diet, an acupuncturist and massage therapist on your stress. For a day or two after your appointment, you feel better. But then your headache or knee pain or back pain or abdominal pain or fatigue or anxiety is back.

You’re still not feeling how you want to feel.

It’s beyond frustrating. You think,

It’s not working. Why isn’t it working? I’m doing it all right. I’m doing what they all say I should do. Why is it working for everyone else but not me? What’s wrong with me?

What do you want?

How does it all fit together? It’s a puzzle but nobody has the time to figure it out with you. Every doctor and body worker is so good at helping with their own piece, but there never seems to be enough time in your session. And you want more. You want to feel even better.

What do we do?

That’s what we get to do together. We get to look at the whole picture of what you’re experiencing in your body, how you’re thinking about it all and what you’re feeling.

Then we get to address the whole picture to get you feeling strong, steady, and clear.

What do you get?

This is about you having choices again. This is about you having the power to feel better on your own. This is about you learning how to take care of your body, mind and heart in the way that is just right for you and not the generic 10 steps in a magazine or on that blog you just read.

This is no schtick or yoga-hooey. This is your life. And if you want to feel different then you’ve got to choose different. This isn’t about you doing more – more exercise, more appointments, more planning – this is about you doing different. This is about you doing the work to feel like you again.

What now?

Let’s get started.

It’s time to put it all together and find your way forward. I can’t wait to see what your puzzle has to teach us.
