Camp Reflections is a Saturday camp for grieving children and teens (ages 5-14 years). It will include activities such as music, arts & crafts and games. Grief related activities are conducted in small and large group settings and are led by trained facilitators.
Camp Reflections participants will have the opportunity to…
- connect with other kids and families that have experienced a loss
- better understand grief
- find safe and creative ways to give voice to feelings and thoughts about their grief
- nurture memories
- build self-confidence and self-worth
- take time to play, laugh, cry, and feel a sense of normalcy
The camp made me realize I am not the only one going through grief. – Camper
